Six people will go on trial in late July charged over the death of Timothy Constable in Christchurch last August.
Justice Graham Panckhurst set the date of July 26 when the six accused appeared before him at a pre-trial callover in the High Court at Christchurch today, the Christchurch Court News website reported.
Three men face charges of murdering Mr Constable, 24, while two women face charges of wounding him with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and one woman is charged with assault.
All are remanded on bail.
