US wants Dotcom details made public

A lawyer representing the US Government has argued that a document outlining their case against internet mogul Kim Dotcom should be made public.

At the Auckland District Court today, Christine Gordon QC, representing the US Government, argued that suppressions covering their Record of Case (ROC) document be lifted.

Details of her argument are currently suppressed.

Dotcom is listening to her submission from the public gallery, alongside his co-accused Mathias Ortmann, Bram van der Kolk, Finn Batato, and Dotcom's lawyer Ira Rothken.

Dotcom is facing extradition to the United States on criminal copyright and racketeering charges in relation to the now defunct file-sharing website Megaupload. Dotcom denies the charges
