Police have released the name of the woman found dead in her Picton home at the weekend.
Robyn Alma Grace, 43, was found after police were called to a disturbance at the address at about 4.30pm on Sunday.
Police said a postmortem examination, completed yesterday, had established the cause of death. However, police were not releasing that information.
Detective Inspector Geoff Jago said the scene examination of the victim's home was continuing, and police are interviewing residents in the area.
Two people arrested at the address on Sunday appeared in the Blenheim District Court on Monday facing murder charges. They are due to reappear in court on January 28.
