ODTtv: ACT Party asks ' why no Minister for Men'?

ODTtv panellists Pat Brittenden and Lisa Scott discuss ACT Party leader David Seymour's comment that "we've got a Minister for Women, so why not a Minister for Men?"

Comments

There was a time when ACT was a principled and effective advocacy party for Civil Society libertarianism. Gradually, they became conservative dills, losing Rodney Hyde. A local Actian commenter to blogs sees Socialists around every corner, and 'hates', not merely dislikes, some politicians.

D Seymour is both dilly and unManly, NSW. The reason there is a Ministry of Women and not of Men is that Men are economically and politically hegemonic.
