The day dawned bright for the latest edition of the annual Great Rangiora KidsFest Market on Tuesday.
All ages flocked to the market, in the Rangiora Borough School grounds, to see the stalls and grab some bargains.
The stalls were run by local children, who have been busy in their school holidays, with crafts, baking and sweets, and cleaning out old toys, books and clothes.
One of the most popular items was slime, with several stalls selling it.
There were even buskers performing to keep the crowd entertained and a quad bike safety display.
