Dunedin's ''mother of modern dance'' dies aged 99

A dancer described as one of Dunedin's treasures passed away this week.
 
Shona Dunlop MacTavish, known as New Zealand's 'mother of modern dance', died on Tuesday morning, surrounded by family at the age of 99.
