Pupils, from Waikouaiti School, and adults, helped plant 600 native trees, at Waikouaiti Beach, as part of Matariki Tu Rakau plantings, in the Dunedin area.
The seedlings are part of a plan, to plant 3000 trees, around the Dunedin area, this month.
