Mid Canterbury farmer creates wetland for endangered native fish

A Mid Canterbury farmer recently opened his property to the Foundation for Arable Research's Women In Arable group, who got to have a look at how farming and environmental protection can work together.

Third generation farmer Ian Mackenzie told the visitors to his Eiffelton farm about the endangered mudfish which live in the local creek.
