Part of the town of Geraldine has become a Winter Wonderland, after a year of planning.

Twenty one businesses and organisations have each decorated a tree in the style of a chosen fairytale, with Cinderella, Hansel and Gretel and more.

There will be fairytale storytelling sessions for children as well.

The wonderland, in the former Giant Jersey shop in Wilson Street, is open to the public from 6pm to 8.30pm, until the end of July.

Entry is a gold coin donation.
