A raccoon stranded on the ledge of a Minnesota building has finally made it to safety.
Onlookers and reporters tracked the animal's progress as it climbed the UBS Tower in St Paul, interrupting work and causing anxiety for some.
The animal had stopped on a ledge more than 20 storeys high on Tuesday.
Minnesota Public Radio branded the raccoon with the hashtag #mprraccoon.
The woodland animal also had its own Twitter account, with one tweet saying, "I made a big mistake."
The raccoon was first spotted on a ledge just a few storeys high and much later was seen reaching the top of the building.
St Paul Animal Control believed it may have been there all night before it started heading skyward.
It was hoped the raccoon would be trapped and returned to a more suitable habitat.
