Baldwin Street has been dethroned
How will our city cope?
Despite our university
With not-quite ivory towers
It seems that Harlech’s steepest street
Has more degrees than ours
Will tourists now, no longer be
Inclined to be inclined
Upon Dunedin’s slanted slope
As it slips out of mind
You can no-longer drive your car
Up the steepest street
The new one is a one-way lane
