You haven't mentioned yet that Mr Grady Cameron previously was based in Auckland, employed by Transfield Services , Transmission/Distribution. Attending their nation wide Health and Safety meetings involving staff from their various Contract Worksites, his position I understand being their 2nd from top executive, ie, 2nd in charge for their New Zealand operations.
Delta/Aurora's issues were to the fore, but overlooked when most of the directors were replaced after the Council was informed that "the borrowing of money to pay the council a dividend was unsustainable'.
One ex director actually having amongst his "skill set" previous employment in the electrical industry.
