Why is the the WDC so keen on wasting the ratepayers' money?
Not enough beds for the old so open up the Observatory Village Trust set up by Council owned Waitaki Health Services, And shut down Randel on Reed that had more beds.
On the 1st Oct 2015 WDC gave them $8mil and how much since then? Have we seen any interest from the first $17.5 mil NOIC got and all the rest since then.
What is going on with Forester Heights more $$$ down the drain?
