The white elephant stall was particularly good this year — there was a variety of curios, from cuckoo clocks to cut glass bowls and porcelain figurines.
Children’s books, jigsaw puzzles and home-made goodies were on offer, as well as great deals on novels and coffee-table books, Mr Dyson said.
The annual sale is a fundraiser for Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Parish in Roxburgh.
The sale continues until 4pm today.
