Festival organiser Barbara Emmitt said the money raised would be used to maintain the precinct.
Beer and wine were on offer along with cocktails, with the candy floss-topped Woo Woo being popular.
Food trucks lined the area behind the historic house and everything from American barbecue to doughnuts to sushi was available.
Ms Emmitt was wearing two hats yesterday as she is also Cromwell Polytechnic operations manager.
She was selling beer and wine created by Bannockburn Road Vineyard and Otago Brew School students.
They produce about 30,000 litres of beer a year and had, in the past, tried pumpkin and cherry beers, neither of which were on offer yesterday.
Small quantities of beer were still available and kegs had been produced to see their long-standing customers through the summer, she said.
