An ‘‘awesome day’’ was had by Lisa Greenfield, of Dunedin, who tried out the luge at the ice festival.

Mild weather did not dampen the spirits at the Naseby Ice Festival at the weekend.  Visitors enjoyed experiencing indoor and outdoor curling, ice skating and the luge at the annual festival.
