Crews are working to restore power after unplanned outages in parts of Central Otago from this afternoon.
The power went off for 165 Aurora customers in and around the township of Millers Flat, south of Roxburgh, from about 1.30pm.
Crews were investigating the fault and by 9.30pm, there were 11 customers still without power, according to the Aurora website.
Meanwhile, outages were also reported in Roxburgh and Roxburgh East from about 6pm and were being investigated, the website showed.
About 10 customers were affected.
