Snow flies on birthday trip

Middlemarch friends (from left) Hunter Sutherland (8), Lachie Sutherland (10), Ollie Scott (8) and Josh Geddes (9) have some fun in the snow on a trip to Naseby for Ollie’s birthday on Saturday.

Snow also still covered paddocks between Becks and Wedderburn, providing great photo opportunities.

Residents and visitors said it was good to have the roads open again (the Becks to Wedderburn road was closed from Tuesday to Thursday) but they had coped well while they were snowed in.
