Eye spy: Spooky scene in seawater

A dramatic photo taken in Oamaru this morning shows what look like a face and a separate eye in seawater crashing against the breakwater in the town's harbour.

Lee Todd took the photo about 9am today, and points out that if you look closely, you can make out what looks like a profile of a face, and to the right of that, an eye gazing out of the seawater.
