St Kevins College pupil Christian Robinson (18) is the inaugural winner of the TrustPower Youth Community Spirit Award.
TrustPower community relations representative Melanie Gray said Christian was an all-round achiever, involved in the community, from being a member of the Justice Awareness Group and working on his Duke of Edinburgh award to helping Ihc and tutoring other pupils.
He received a certificate, $250 for himself and $250 for a community group of his choice.
