A premium selection of Amisfield wines will be featured at the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale in Italy, which starts on Thursday and runs to November 23.
Amisfield is the wine sponsor and supplier to the New Zealand Institute of Architects exhibition - the first time New Zealand has presented a national exhibition at the architecture event.
The Venice Architecture Biennale is the leading forum for the exploration of architectural ideas and a showcase for building design.
Amisfield wines will be served during the official opening events and associated events for the duration of the Biennale at the New Zealand exhibition, being staged in the Palazzo Pisani Santa Marina.
Company chief executive Craig Erasmus said it was a privilege to accept the invitation.
''Architecture and the importance of design has always been a very strong element of our brand.''
New Zealand Exhibition commissioner Tony van Raat said the event would help put the country and its architecture on the world stage and he was delighted Amisfield was supporting it.
