Huffadine will give the interactive talk as part of the launch of her first solo exhibition, titled "Alms For The Memory Keeper", which runs until November 18.
Gallery associate Jacinta Byron said the collection demonstrated Huffadine's heightened awareness, complexity and directness in her exploration of the rituals of gathering and display.
Huffadine's work merged between sculpture and painting, Ms Byron said.
Her work had a "beauty of ambiguity".
"A lot of her work looks at first like painting. It's only when you encounter the works in real life that it becomes apparent they have sculptive aspects."
The artist is at the Church Lane gallery from 1pm to 4pm, and speaks at 3pm.
