The kite stuff

A ''grand kite display'' is planned for Pembroke Park, Wanaka, from midday today as part of the Queenstown Lakes District Council's Summerdaze festival programme.

''Kite lady'' Julie Adam said the display would include a wide array of kites, including a flying cow from Holland.
