Queenstown fraud accused named

A 29-year-old Queenstown woman facing six charges in relation to a $400,000 theft from ANZ Bank in Queenstown has been remanded without plea in the Queenstown District Court this morning.

Jenna Lee Robinson, of Arthurs Point, will next appear on April 28.

She faces one charge using the ANZ Bank computer network to dishonestly set up 16 fictitious accounts with loan and overdraft facilities at Queenstown between August 16, 2010 and July 4, 2013.

She faces another five charges of stealing $402,386.01 between August 16, 2010 and July 4, 2013.
