Queenstown police are seeking witnesses to an incident in McBride Park playground at Lake Hayes Estate on Tuesday last week.
The incident, which occurred about 4.30pm, involved an adult male and two children aged between 8-12 who were using the flying fox.
A silver or grey Toyota RAV 4 may have been involved, police said.
Those involved, or anyone who can help, are asked to to contact Constable Park at the Queenstown police station, ph 441-1600.
