Two drivers involved in two separate head-on crashes in two days are headed to court.
Sergeant Simon Matheson, of Queenstown, confirmed a driver involved in a crash near the new Kawarau Falls bridge last Wednesday night had been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing injury.
A 7-year-old girl was flown to Dunedin Hospital with serious injuries after the crash.
The other crash occurred the following night in Peninsula Rd.
One person was taken to Lakes District Hospital with concussion.
The driver of one of the cars in the crash had been charged with dangerous driving causing injury.
Both drivers will appear in the Queenstown District Court on Monday.
