Wet weather forced the postponement of events at Coronet Peak yesterday.
The events to mark the 75th anniversary of the skifield began on Wednesday night with a performance by band Katchafire.
Yesterday, the Dash for Cash event did not go ahead but will take place today along with the Straight Ski race. There will also be a long lunch and a retro fashion show up on the mountain today.
The weather forecast for today is more promising.
More events are on during the weekend with the Dog Derby set to wind up celebrations on Sunday.
