Detours are in place on State Highway 1 in Milton this morning after a truck brought down power lines, police say.
A police spokesperson said emergency services were notified about 5.55am that lines were down on Union St (SH1) near the intersection with Springfield Rd.
"It appears that a truck had clipped the pole at some stage."
There was no word on any injury.
Diversions are in place and the power company has been advised.
