Honoured for service

Ralph Fegan, of Wānaka, was invested by Governor-General Dame Cindy Kiro with an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to Fire and Emergency New Zealand and the community at a ceremony at Government House in Wellington yesterday.
