A woman was pinned under her vehicle by her arm after the car she was driving flipped in Domain Rd, Lake Hawea, last night.
Emergency services (above) were called to the accident about 8pm.
Lake Hawea station officer Brent Arthur said the car was travelling south when it flipped.
The female driver and two passengers were treated at Wanaka Medical Centre for moderate injuries.
