Police have confirmed the name of the man who was killed in a helicopter crash near Reefton on Monday.
He was Noel Edward Wilson (51) of Reefton, the helicopter's pilot, who was the only person on board, police said.
Police said they prepared a report for the coroner the Transport Accident Investigation Commission continues to investigate the crash.
