The rural sector was on display during the 120th Maniototo A&P Show in Ranfurly last Wednesday.

In addition to dog trials run by the Maniototo Young Farmers Club, there were lots of entries in the fleece and sheep competitions.

The equestrian events and the Home Industries section were popular, and the live bees on display by Anna Pettigrew from the Patearoa Honey Company attracted a lot of attention.Yvonne O’ Hara went along for a look.
