Kiwi pole vaulter Eliza McCartney has beaten her own national record with a clearance of 4.94m at Jockgrim in Germany.
Her effort is the highest women's vault this year, beating American Jenn Suhr's 4.93m in April.
McCartney's previous national mark was 4.92m, set last month at Mannheim, Germany.
She made a failed attempt at 5.01m after winning the competition. Only two women have previously cleared 5m.
Fellow New Zealanders Imogen Ayris and Olivia McTaggart failed to clear 4.15m.
