Dominant second half sees Steel home

The Southern Steel has made a statement in Invercargill tonight.

It claimed a 72-59 win over the Waikato-Bay of Plenty, after a dominant third quarter.

After leading 32-27 at halftime it scored five consecutive goals to shoot out to a 10 point lead early in the third quarter.

It continued that dominance right through to the final whistle.
