Steel overcome slow start to notch big win

Another dominant showing has seen the Southern Steel claim a 66-46 win over the Northern Mystics.

In the second game of today's Super Sunday, the Steel had to come back from a slow start to get its win.

It trailed 8-1 after five minutes, three turnovers proving costly as the Mystics cashed in at the other end.

The Steel clawed its way back though, then piled on the goals to run away with it through the second quarter.

The win saw it remain unbeaten at the top of the ANZ Premiership.

It plays the Central Pulse, which lost 50-49 to the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic in today's early game, tomorrow night.
