All games have a bearing on finals rugby tomorrow.

The competition is well into its second round and Clutha is still unbeaten and looks like it will continue to set the pace.

Clutha hosts Owaka for the Art Bloxham Cup and the MacKintosh Cup tomorrow at the Balclutha Showgrounds.

This is bottom-of-the-table Owaka's last chance to put its hand up for finals footy.

With just one win to its name so far, another loss spells curtains for its hopes to make the top four.

Owaka won its first game of the season but that was at the end of March. It has been playing well but has failed to put together a complete 80-minute game.

Clutha goes into the game as a heavy favourite.

Heriot hosts Crescent in a game it needs to win.

The West Otago men are sitting in fifth and need points to stay in touch.

Crescent has just one loss to its name and is sitting pretty in second.

It may be focused on next week, when it takes on Clutha Valley in what will be a crucial encounter in the race to the semifinals.

Clinton hosts Lawrence in a game which could go either way.

Both teams are in the bottom four and a win here for either side would give it a much-needed boost. Clinton won the previous match between the two sides and will need to dig deep to produce the double.

Third-placed Clutha Valley hosts fourth-placed Toko.

This has the makings of a cracker. Toko won the first-round clash, so Valley is looking for revenge.

Valley has been up and down all season but the motivation of payback for the first-round loss should help.
