Otago lead in Shield at halftime

Otago leads 20-12 at halftime in its Ranfurly Shield challenge against Waikato in Hamilton.

Otago has looked good on attack and led 17-0 after 20 minutes.

Waikato came back and scored a try after the hooter to keep it handy.

The defender will play the second half with a stiff wind at its back.
