Wellington will once again host the third round in the world sevens rugby series next February.
The 11th series will again kick off on successive weekends in December at Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and George, South Africa before swinging through Wellington, the United States at a venue to be confirmed, Adelaide, Hong Kong, London and Edinburgh in the new year.
2009/10 world series schedule: Dubai, Dec 4-5, George, South Africa, December 11-12, Wellington February 5-6, USA, February 13-14, Adelaide, March 20-21, Hong Kong, March 26, 27, 28, London, May 22-23, Edinburgh, May 29-30.
South Africa are the defending champions.
