Pascoe stopped the clock at 1min4.35secs, finishing three and a-half seconds clear of her nearest rival.
It's her 11th world title.
She earlier was almost three seconds clear of the field in the heats.
Pascoe will now have a few days off before swimming the 50 metre freestyle S9.
