Missing Halswell woman found 'safe and well' - police

A 52-year-old woman who went missing from the Halswell area earlier this week has been found "safe and well".

Yesterday police appealed for help locating Allison Margaret Macphail. At the time, police and her family were concerned for her welfare.

A police spokesperson said today that Macphail "has now returned home safe and well".
