Two injured in rural Canterbury shed fire

Two people were injured fighting a fire at a rural Canterbury property on Sunday morning.

Fire and Emergency said two fire engines and a tanker were called to the blaze just before 6am at the tool shed on Woodside Rd, just out of Oxford.

It said the 5m by 15m shed was extensively damaged in the blaze and fire investigators have been at the property.

St John Ambulance said one person suffered moderate injuries and one suffered minor injuries.
