A person was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after an incident involving a horse in North Canterbury on Monday.
Hato Hone St John staff were called to a property on Traceys Rd in Loburn, north-west of Rangiora, about 10.20am.
A St John spokesperson said a rapid response vehicle and a helicopter were sent to the property.
One patient was flown to hospital in a serious condition.
