Lost in Thought was the champion overall image at the Rangiora Photographic Society’s portraiture competition.

Sandra Fleet’s image also won the A-grade title, and received A-grade honours.

The results were:

Best in Grades:

A Grade Lost in Thought, by Sandra Fleet; B Grade Portrait by the Sea, by David Bayley; C Grade Looking through the Rain, by Stuart Taylor.

Honours:

A Grade: Lost in Thought; Carenza, by Colleen Linnell; Beth, by Cathy Price; Grandpa Rooster, by Cindy Signall.

B Grade: Portrait by the Sea, by David Bayley.

C Grade: Looking through the Rain, by Stuart Taylor.
