Queenstown's greatest source of revenue, apart from Australians, is Aucklanders coming south to play.

At this week's post-cabinet briefing, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced Auckland will remain at level 3, and restrictions have been increased in Waikato, which is also at level 3. The rest of the country remains at level 2.
