Jebson capped a strong club campaign off as a key member of Ellesmere's Southbridge Shield-winning side this season.
Lincoln High School and Waihora utility back Wil Gualter was named under-18 player of the year after making the New Zealand Schools squad and being a standout in the UC Championship.
Lincoln prop Isaac Roth was named under-21 player of the year after helping Ellesmere to victory over North Canterbury in the Southbridge Shield.
Lincoln No 8 Sam Henderson was named under-19 player of the year, Scott McIlroy was named rugby personality of the year, and Kim Thackwell was recognised for her commitment to Prebbleton and Ellesmere rugby by being named volunteer of the year.
