Bayfield Kindergarten are the pick of the bunch after their 160cm bloom won "tallest sunflower" in the region at the Daltons Sunflowers in Kindergartens Project. They also won "widest sunflower head’" with a diameter of 8cm.

Teacher Jane Davis said the children loved being a part of the project. ":Most days they have been keen to see how much the sunflowers have grown, gone to water them and weed around them."
