Knox Church will host a service of nine lessons and carols as part of its Christmas celebrations on Sunday at 7pm.
The service is a traditional Christmas service that includes nine Bible readings, carols, hymns and choir anthems.
The Knox Church Choir and soprano Rosie Auchinvole will present music by Willcocks, Rutter, Handel, John Tavener and New Zealand composers Richard Madden and David N. Childs.
The speaker for the service will be Very Rev Dr Graham Redding, and the readings will tell the story of the birth of Jesus Christ, the fall of humanity and the promise of the Messiah.
