Some brides will have arranged for a professional makeup artist and hairstylist to complete her and her attendants' makeup and hair.

Others will be attending to their own.  Either way, allow plenty of time for this and make it an enjoyable interlude.

Pack a touch-up kit for the wedding. Include a powder and puff for stopping any shine, shimmer powder for extra sparkle, lipstick and lipgloss, eyeliner and a small travel pack of tissues for myriad uses, extra hairclips if your hair is up, eyedrops and a purse-sized container of your favourite fragrance.
