Recognition keeps coming for Dunedin company Timely, which offers a cloud-based appointment management system for businesses scheduling staff and services.
It has been named a finalist in the innovative hi-tech software product category at the New Zealand Hi Tech Awards.
It was highly commended in the startup company of the year category at last year's awards.
Last week, Timely won the Microsoft New Zealand Rising Star Partner of the Year award, from fellow finalists AcrePC, Inde and SecureCom, at an event in Auckland.
The awards recognised excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
Timely chief executive Ryan Baker credited the win to the "incredible'' talent Timely had attracted.
"We're totally thrilled with the industry recognition that this award brings. There were many incredible businesses nominated this year so to come out on top is a real buzz for our entire team,'' he said.
Timely, which was in 80 countries and "growing daily'', will compete in the Microsoft global awards programme at Microsoft's worldwide partner conference in Toronto in July.
The win coincided with a record week for Timely hitting both revenue and customer milestones and becoming a finalist in the Hi Tech Awards alongside Orion Health, Vend and Movio.
Shotover Camera Systems, which was founded in Queenstown and developed the world's first gyro-stabilised camera for shooting aerial footage in ultra high-definition, is a finalist in best technology for the creative sector.
The winners in each category will be announced at a dinner in Auckland on May 20.
