A woman is dead after the car she was driving ran off the road and into a hedge near Dunedin Airport today.
The accident happened on Otokia Road, behind Dunedin International Airport near Mosgiel, about 8am, Sergeant Lindsay Turner of southern police communications said.
The woman was the only person in the car, Mr Turner said.
